1. DEFINITIONS

Platform
The Deor software platform allowing creators to publish content, manage communities, and offer subscription services.

Creator
A registered user who offers content, services, coaching, or digital products through Deor.

Subscriber / Member
A user who pays or registers  with the creator to access a Creator's content.

Account
A registered user profile enabling access to the platform.

Content
Any digital material including videos, text, audio, images, training programmes, or community discussions uploaded to the platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate account information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false information.

3. PLATFORM ROLE

Deor acts as a technology platform only.

We do not:

• Provide coaching, training, or services offered by creators
• Control creator content or outcomes
• Guarantee results from any programs or advice

Creators are independent service providers and are solely responsible for their content and services.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users must:

• Maintain secure login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Ensure their account information remains accurate

Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their account.

5. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Creators using Deor must:

• Own or have rights to the content they publish
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide honest descriptions of services or programs
• Deliver services promised to subscribers

Creators must not upload:

• Illegal content
• Copyright-infringing material
• Harmful or abusive content
• Fraudulent investment or financial schemes

Deor reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these rules.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Creators may offer subscription-based access to their content.

Subscribers agree that:

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Pricing is determined by the creator

Deor may charge platform service fees for use of the service to the creator only.

The creators charge their members seperately and those fees are managed solely by the creators own payment link and not deors.

All payment processing is handled by third-party providers and subject to their terms.

7. REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated by the creator:

• Subscription payments are non-refundable
• Users may cancel at any time
• Access remains active until the end of the billing period

Refund disputes should first be directed to the creator offering the service.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload.

However, by uploading content, creators grant Deor a non-exclusive licence to host, distribute, and display the content through the platform.

Subscribers are granted personal, non-transferable access to purchased content.

Content may not be:

• copied
• redistributed
• resold
• shared outside the platform

without creator permission.

9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Users must not:

• Harass or abuse other users
• Upload harmful software or spam
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Misrepresent identity or services

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

10. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Deor is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• technical maintenance
• internet outages
• third-party service failures

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deor shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• lost profits or lost business
• user-generated content
• creator services or advice

Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deor against claims arising from:

• misuse of the platform

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

By registering as a Creator on the Deor platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

To become a Creator on the Deor platform, you must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Creators are responsible for all activity conducted under their account.

Deor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. INDEPENDENT CREATOR STATUS

Creators operate as independent businesses or individuals.

Deor:

• does not employ Creators
• does not control the services Creators offer
• is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of Creator services

Creators are solely responsible for:

• the content they publish
• the services they provide
• their relationship with subscribers

3. CREATOR CONTENT

Creators may upload and publish content including:

• videos
• training programs
• coaching material
• digital downloads
• community discussions
• articles or media

Creators confirm that:

• they own or have legal rights to the content
• the content does not infringe copyright or intellectual property rights
• the content complies with applicable laws

Deor reserves the right to remove content that violates platform rules.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Creators must not upload content that includes:

• illegal material
• copyrighted material without permission
• hate speech or harassment
• misleading or fraudulent schemes
• investment scams or financial fraud
• harmful medical or health claims without proper authority
• adult or explicit material (unless expressly permitted by platform policy)

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PRICING

Creators may offer subscription-based access to their content.

Creators determine:

• subscription pricing
• membership tiers
• content access levels

Creators agree that:

• payments are processed through third-party payment providers
• subscription billing may renew automatically unless cancelled by the subscriber

Creators are responsible for clearly explaining their services and pricing.

6. PLATFORM FEES

Deor may charge Creators platform service fees.

These may include:

• subscription revenue sharing
• payment processing fees
• platform access fees

Fee structures may be updated from time to time and will be communicated to Creators.

7. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

Creators are solely responsible for:

• reporting income earned through the platform
• paying any applicable taxes
• complying with tax laws in their jurisdiction

Deor does not provide tax advice.

8. REFUNDS AND DISPUTES

Creators are responsible for handling disputes related to their services.

Unless otherwise stated:

• subscription payments are non-refundable
• refunds are at the discretion of the Creator

Chargebacks or disputes may result in temporary suspension of Creator payouts while investigated.

9. CREATOR DATA ACCESS

Creators may access limited subscriber information necessary to provide services, such as:

• username
• profile information
• messages within communities

Creators must comply with data protection laws including GDPR when handling subscriber information.

Creators may not collect or use subscriber data for purposes outside the platform without proper consent.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload.

However, by publishing content on the platform, Creators grant Deor a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to:

• host
• display
• distribute
• promote the content through the platform

Subscribers receive a personal licence to access content only and may not redistribute it.

11. PLATFORM SAFETY AND SECURITY

Creators must not attempt to:

• interfere with the platform infrastructure
• bypass payment systems
• harvest user data
• use bots or automated tools to manipulate engagement

Such activity may result in immediate account termination.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deor is not liable for:

• disputes between creators and subscribers
• loss of income or revenue
• user-generated content
• advice or services provided by creators

Creators agree that they operate independently from the platform.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

Creators agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deor from any claims arising from:

• content published by the Creator
• services offered by the Creator
• violations of intellectual property rights
• breaches of these Terms

14. TERMINATION

Deor may suspend or terminate Creator accounts if:

• these Terms are violated
• illegal activity occurs
• repeated subscriber complaints arise

Creators may close their account at any time.

Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked.

15. PLATFORM MODIFICATIONS

Deor may modify or update platform features and policies at any time.

Creators will be notified of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Deor platform ("Platform") by all users, including Creators and Subscribers.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM

Deor is a subscription-based content and community platform that enables Creators to publish educational, informational, coaching, and digital content.

The Platform may not be used for illegal, harmful, or high-risk activities.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Impersonate another person or business
• Upload malware or harmful software
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Illegal Content

• Criminal activity promotion
• Drugs or controlled substances sales
• Weapons sales
• Stolen goods

Fraud & Financial Schemes

• Investment scams
• Ponzi or pyramid schemes
• "Get rich quick" schemes
• Unlicensed financial trading signals
• Insider trading advice
• Cryptocurrency pump-and-dump schemes

Regulated Financial Services

Creators may not offer:

• Regulated investment advice
• Portfolio management services
• Financial services requiring FCA or other regulatory approval
unless they are properly licensed and provide proof of authorisation.

Medical & Health Claims

• False medical advice
• Unverified treatment claims
• Dangerous health practices
• Prescription medication sales

Fitness and general wellness content is allowed but must not present itself as medical advice.

Adult Content

• Pornographic material
• Explicit sexual content
• Escort or adult services

Hate & Abuse

• Hate speech
• Racism or discrimination
• Violent threats
• Terrorist content

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS

Users may not:

• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Distribute pirated media
• Reproduce third-party materials unlawfully

We reserve the right to remove infringing content immediately.

5. MISUSE OF PAYMENTS

Users may not:

• Bypass the platform payment system
• Encourage off-platform payments to avoid fees

6. DATA MISUSE

Users may not:
